Who We Are

Keystone Property Services LLC is a locally owned exterior services company based in Clayton, NC, serving homeowners, builders, and property managers across the Triangle and Harnett County.

We started in 2020 — built from the ground up by founder Aidan Delgatto, who began mowing his first lawns while still in high school and turned that hustle into a full-scope exterior contracting company. What started with a single lawn is now a hard-working crew of four, fully equipped with the trucks and tools to take on real projects from start to finish.

We're not a faceless franchise. When you hire Keystone, you get an owner who's personally invested in every job and a crew that takes pride in clean, lasting work.

Our Mission

When I started Keystone back in high school, it was just me and a mower trying to do good work for people in my community. That hasn't changed — we've just gotten bigger and better at it.

Our mission is to build outdoor spaces that last, and to treat every property like it's our own. Whether it's a custom fence, a retaining wall, or a full backyard transformation, we believe the people who hire us deserve honest pricing, clean work, and a crew that shows up when it says it will. No cutting corners, no disappearing halfway through the job, no surprises on the final bill.
